I have been a runner for a few years now. In that time, my legs have racked up 20 half marathons, 21 marathons, and 4 ultra marathons, in addition to the numerous 5k, 8k, 10k, etc races that I have competed in.
During those races, I only attempted to actually train for two of the marathons. For my upcoming Spring marathon, I have enlisted Greg from High Altitude Training Institute to put a training plan together for me.
Beside the fact that I will be running with, and seeing, Greg on a regular basis, I wanted one more level of accountability. So, here I am, putting it out there. With some dedication (both to the training, and keeping this project updated), I hope to have some great news as I cross the finish line of my next marathon.
My goal: A Boston Qualifying time!
